SWEET & SPICY CHICKEN STIR-FRY

Ingredients

2-3 chicken breasts, cut into 2" strips
3 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil (divided)
1 Tbsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
1 white onion, cut into quarters, then sliced
3 celery stalks, cut into ½" slices
3 carrots, sliced into coins

Sauce:
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. Sweet Heat Grill & Wing Sauce (Retired)

Instructions

Make the sauce: In a medium bowl whisk together cornstarch and water. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, honey and Sweet Heat Grill & Wing Sauce (Retired). Whisk to combine and set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil to large skillet and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and all seasonings. Cook 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add remaining oil to skillet and add vegetables, cook until tender crisp. Add chicken back to skillet and stir to combine. Whisk sauce and add to skillet; stir and bring to a low boil for 1 minute, reduce heat and simmer for a few minute more. Serve over rice.
